"Active Ingredient:
Ferrous Gluconate (equivalent to 35 mg Elemental Iron) 300 mg / tablet

Inactive Ingredients:
Dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, sodium lauryl sulfate, magnesium stearate, talc, croscarmellose sodium type A, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, blue #1 aluminum lake, yellow #6 aluminum lake, yellow #10 aluminum lake, titanium dioxide, polyethylene glycol, polyvinyl acetate phthalate, stearic acid and may contain minute traces of ethyl alcohol, ethyl acetate and trichlorethane.
Contains no preservative, flavour, gluten, starch, yeast, lactose, soy..

Dosage: 1-3 tablets daily or as directed by a physician.
Interaction: Phosphates as in eggs, phytin as in cereals, carbonates, oxalates and tannins, as in tea and coffee, decrease iron absorption.
